Exchange and return policy

**Return and Exchange Policy:**

- The right to exchange and return is guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products offered on our store.

- All products listed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original packaging.

- Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to have it exchanged for another product if the product is defective, damaged, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is entirely different from the product description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or issues.
